Important Travel Update For UK Travelers

An important travel update for UK travelers: Due to the restrictions on the number of flights that airlines can operate in order to minimize the strain on their operations. Heathrow Airport has published a new restriction on the number of passengers that can fly through the airport each day.

The restriction will impact all airlines operating at Heathrow, which will be effective immediately, and will run through to 11th September 2022.

For British Airways passengers due to fly from Heathrow on or before 25th July 2022, the flight is still as earlier scheduled. However, they can choose from any of these options below;

1. Change to another British Airways flight within the next 12 months (ticket validity)and this is, subject to availability.

2. Opt for another airline.

3. Request a refund as per our standard customer guidelines, if flight is cancelled.

Alternatively, if passengers no longer wish to fly from Heathrow on or before 25 July 2022, they can request a voucher for future travel, valid until 30th September 2023.
